Four age categories, an international field and outstanding individual performances defined the third season of the PSL.
The third season of the Premier Select League (PSL) once again proved that the competition is among the region’s most exciting youth ice hockey leagues. High-level organization, smooth tournament management and strong on-ice performance all contributed to the continued growth and reputation of the league in Central European youth hockey.
The competition was played in four age groups (2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016), each featuring eight teams. During the regular season, teams participated in five rounds, with a total of 30 games played in each age category. After competitive and exciting matchups, the top four teams in every division advanced to the finals.
Throughout the season, visiting parents and guests witnessed many outstanding team and individual performances, enjoying exciting and high-quality games during the tournament.
The championship titles were shared among the strongest clubs: the Czech SHS Select team finished first in the 2014 and 2016 age groups, while Slovakia’s Elite Slovakia claimed the top position in the 2013 and 2015 categories.

Following another successful season, the organizers have already begun preparations for the next edition of the league. The fourth season of the Premier Select League is expected to introduce new ideas and improvements aimed at further strengthening the level of competition.
Maintaining high professional standards, excellent organization and providing young talents with a strong international development environment remain key priorities for the league as it continues to grow.
